The rain keeps coming and coming and there is little Tim and Frank, employees of a local telephone provider, can do to stop the flooding waters. Fortunately for them, writer Patrick J. Flaherty comes to their rescue: “What are flares & floods compared to a shrug? They'd bring the phones back, even if it was just tin cans and string.” I bet you’re wondering what Patrick means. I know I am and that’s why I’m going to read Patrick and artist Jacob Saariaho next installment of “Tin Cans and Strings”. You should too because I’m not going to tell you what happens!
